Right to change your mind
You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days without giving a reason.
Cancellation period
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you, took possession of the goods.
How to cancel
To exercise your right to cancel, contact us (TriSeat Australia, 120 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, support@triseat.de) with a clear statement of your decision.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days.
Returning goods
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation.
Exceptions
The right to cancel does not apply to goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and whose seal was removed after delivery. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
